The Aurora Family Dentistry office is located at 15955 Bayview Ave. Unit-2, Aurora Ontario L4G 0S3. We are in the plaza at the South-East corner of Bayview and St. John’s Side Road. The plaza has access from both Bayview Avenue and St. John’s Side Road.

Fee Guide
We follow the current year Ontario Dental Association (ODA) fee guide. This fee guide is updated annually by the ODA. Please check with your employer or insurance provider to find out if they perchance use a previous year's guide.
Insurance
Yes, we accept insurance payments directly from the insurance companies. Most insurers in Canada allow for this. Please do keep in mind that there are some exceptions to this. Call us with the name of your insurance provider for more information.

Our office requires that payment be made the day the services are rendered. Payment can be made by: - Cash - Cheque - Debit - Visa / MasterCard - American Express
Assignment
As a courtesy to our patients, we accept assignment of Insurance & offer the EDI system that allows us to process dental claims electronically. Helping our patients receive their payments from their insurance companies much faster.
Financing Available
We offer dental financing with Dental Card iFinance. Dentalcard offers a variety of options for payment of dental services. Dentalcard is an unrelated third party that the patient will have to deal with directly
